Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. (BSA), headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., has added Deanna Nicole Anderson as a claims assistant in its occupational injury unit in the Brentwood office, according to Jeff Pettus, president and chief executive officer of Brentwood Services Administrators Inc.
Reporting to Vicky Mimms, support staff supervisor, Anderson is responsible for processing and handling the first point of contact information regarding the handling of occupational injury indemnity claims. She works directly with the adjuster, clients, employers, injured workers and physicians regarding management of claims in a timely and economic manner.
Anderson is returning to BSA after serving in customer service and office-management related positions in the area marketplace. Previously, she was a receptionist for Brentwood Services Administrators.
