A woman in Broward County, Fla., will spend four years in federal prison after pleading guilty to possessing more than 600 stolen identities that were used to steal tax returns and in fraud.

Laveisha Dorray Charles-Coldros of Miramar pleaded guilty to one count of using an unauthorized access device to obtain $1,000 or more.

Hallandale Beach police had stopped the 30-year-old woman and found mail addressed to numerous people and a duffel bag that contained notebooks listing the names, birthdates and Social Security numbers of at least 652 people and 13 credit and debit cards belonging to people who had reported fraud.

Internal Revenue Service agents determined that some of the people had fraudulent tax returns filed in their names.
