Frontline Insurance has launched a new rental home insurance product for owners of rental property in South Carolina. The coverage protects non-owner occupied properties in coastal areas and offers protection from fire damage and the owner from legal liability.
Coastal properties valued from $200,000 to those in the multi-million dollar range are eligible for this high-quality rental insurance coverage. The insurance has limited personal property coverage and optional personal liability coverage. In addition, it includes dwelling replacement coverage and other structures on the property such as garages.
Frontline Insurance also features its Contractors Assist program. The Contractors Assist Program manages the entire restoration of the homeowner’s property, from claim to completion.
Coverage is available through Frontline’s network of independent agents. All of the agents associated with Frontline Insurance are part of the group of Trusted Choice agencies.
Frontline Insurance, based in Lake Mary, Fla., is a group of insurance companies serving homeowners throughout the Southeast United States.
