The Kentucky Associated General Contractors Self Insurers’ Fund said it will return $16.5 million in dividends to its members in March.
This disbursement is the largest in workers’ compensation fund’s history.
The Kentucky AGC/SIF said that after the dividend is paid, it will still have more than $44.7 million available for future payout.
Currently, the Kentucky AGC/SIF has 5,100 member companies paying premiums of $56 million.
