Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. has appointed Joe Kinsey to the position of high net worth personal insurance executive for the eastern zone. In his new role, Kinsey has full underwriting and distribution responsibility for the personal lines business which focuses on the specialized needs of the high net worth market in the eastern zone. Kinsey will be based in Tampa, Fla.
A 25-year veteran of the insurance industry, Kinsey has experience in underwriting, marketing, agency management, and field sales management. Most recently, Kinsey served as field underwriting officer of the private client segment at Chartis Insurance where he was responsible for oversight of all underwriting staff in North America. Previously at Chartis he was responsible for marketing and agency management for their largest region. He has also held leadership positions with Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, FJ Wilkes & Co. and Atlantic Mutual
