Coral Gables, Florida-based insurance agency MDW Insurance Group has acquired Genesis Risk Advisors.
Terms were not disclosed.
The founders of Genesis Risk Advisors — Gary Farbish, Craig Weinstein, and Charles Goldman– will join MDW and lead its expansion into Broward County.
