A federal court jury in Montgomery has convicted Montgomery insurance executive John Goff.
Jurors returned the verdict Tuesday morning in its second day of deliberations.
Goff was found guilty of mail fraud, embezzlement and filing a false report with the state insurance department. He was indicted last year on 26 charges that accused him of stealing more than $4 million from insurance companies.
Goff was once a major provider of worker’s compensation.
