Citizens Property Insurance Corp. has a new Web site that includes information for policyholders, agents and the public.
Changes in the site at www.citizensfla.com, include the listing of toll-free numbers in the “Policyholder Resources” section and a “Frequently Asked Questions” section that provides answers to questions about Citizens, said Chelsea Garfield, Citizens’ Web content supervisor.
The “Storm Watch” section of the site, which allows users to check the status of Citizens’ response to storms including no-bind status and Emergency Operation Center deployments, remains a fixture on the site’s homepage.
