Donnie R. Hogan, treasurer. Hogan owns Fred M. Smith & Sons Inc. in Springfield, Tenn.
George Hilliard, immediate past president. Hilliard is president of Pete Mitchell & Assoc. Inc. in Memphis, Tenn. He also serves as president of PIA Advantage Services Corp., a for-profit services corporation wholly owned by PIA of Tennessee Inc.
