Adam S. Barker has been named senior consultant and practice leader in Charlotte, N.C. for Findley Davies of Toledo, Ohio responsible for health and group benefits in North and South Carolina.
Barker was most recently president and founder of Ascendant Healthcare Management LLC where for nearly five years he consulted to a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients representing such industries as financial services, aerospace, and wholesale distribution.
Barker previously spent six years in various employee benefit management roles at FleetBoston Financial and Cookson America, both in Providence, R.I.
Findley Davies is an independent, fee for service human resources consulting, actuarial and administrative services firm.
