West Virginia’s Workers’ Compensation Commission recently filed
injunctions against two state employers whose accounts with the Commission are reportedly in default.
Injunctions were filed in Kanawha County Circuit Court against the following:
• Huffman and Associates Inc., a Kanawha County building construction business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $18, 288.91; and
• Falcon Construction and Paving Inc., a Mineral County street and road construction business, owes back premiums, interest and penalties totaling $60,884.01.
