Kenneth Kirk, regional executive vice president of Florida-based Brown & Brown Inc., and Paul Manchester, president of Manchester Insurance Agency, of Santa Barbara, California, announced the asset acquisition of Manchester Insurance Agency by Brown & Brown Inc. The transaction is effective immediately.
Manchester Insurance Agency, with annualized revenues of approximately $3.0 million, is a retail insurance agency providing property and casualty products and services to clients throughout California.
Paul Manchester and his team will be combining their operations with Brown & Brown’s existing Santa Barbara operation, headed by Susan Rodriguez.
