The Kentucky department said for privacy and security, this information is secure and can only be accessed with a username and password.
Insurers or business entities can view:
路 Examination information: when and where an exam was scheduled (Pass/Fail/No Show).
路 Status of an appointment, active or pending, and why the appointment is pending.
路 Status of a termination with its associated reasons (financial responsibility, continuing education, renewal payment, and no proof of other resident state license).
路 Bad addresses for individuals and business entities.
The online secure system is accessible from the Department of Insurance home page (Agent Licensing > Online Information) or by clicking https://doi.ppr.ky.gov/Kentucky/secured/system/.
