The board of directors of Boca Raton, Fla.-based NCCI Holdings Inc., a workers’ compensation products and services provider, appointed Stephen Klingel as president and CEO of the company.
Klingel is currently senior vice president鈥擟ommercial Lines, with The St. Paul companies. In nearly three decades with The St. Paul, Klingel has held a variety of key roles in the company, including several field and corporate management positions, such as: president鈥擯ersonal Insurance, regional president鈥擴pper Midwest Region, vice president鈥擟ommercial Underwriting and vice president/general manager.
He succeeds Chapin Clark, who has served as interim president and CEO of NCCI since November 2001.
