Inszone Insurance Services announced its acquisition of Osterts and Associates, LLC, a insurance agency based in Plano, Texas.
This acquisition grows Inszone’s capabilities and further expands its presence in Texas, allowing the company to further provide exceptional insurance solutions and personalized service in the region.
Osterts and Associates, owned by Jerry and Kim Ostert, was originally founded in 1992 by Kim’s father George Wynn as the George Wynn Agency. In 2012, the agency transitioned to its current structure and ownership under Jerry and Kim, continuing its yegacy of strong customer relationships and comprehensive insurance services.
Osterts and Associates specializies in all lines of personal insurance鈥攊ncluding auto, umbrella, RV, boat鈥攁s well as life, financial services, and business and commercial insurance.
