Construction insurance Services (CIS), an MGA/MGU based in Dallas focused on the construction industry in all 50 states, announced a promotion and addition to its leadership team. CIS is a subsidiary of the Curley Financial Group based in Dallas. Hector Gardea, Jr. was promoted to Senior Vice President Underwriting. Gardea has over 20 years of experience in underwriting and client management. Prior to joining CIS, Hector worked in client services for Marsh. He will oversee the underwriting team and work with brokers across the country.
Brett Felder recently joined CIS as Vice President Construction Underwriting. Prior to joining CIS Felder worked at Marsh in client services and was previously the risk manager for Riata Energy. At CIS Brett will focus on the scaffolding, crane and steel erection industries.
