Stephens Insurance Appoints Rich Krutsch as Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits Division
Stephens Insurance, LLC, an affiliate of Stephens Inc., announced the hiring of Rich Krutsch as a senior vice president within the employee benefits division. Mr. Krutsch brings more than 25 years of experience working within human resources and employee benefits functions at a large corporation with a national footprint. Mr. Krutsch will be based in the Fayetteville, Arkansas office of Stephens Insurance.
“Rich has a strong background in employee benefits with a deep understanding of the changing environment,” said Miles Stephens, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stephens Insurance. “He is a great leader who has leveraged innovative and emerging technologies and processes, including supply chain optimization and predictive analytics, to improve employee outcomes. We look forward to his insights as he helps our team grow our Employee Benefits business.”
Prior to joining Stephens Insurance, Mr. Krutsch had an illustrious career at ArcBest, where he most recently served as the vice president of peoplesServices.
