The Independent Insurance Agents of Texas (IIAT) has added Lisa Webb as director of IIAT Advantage Markets.
Webb has more than 30 years of experience in personal and commercial lines sales, management, training and claims handling.
Many IIAT members know Webb from her 12 years working at The Hartford, where she served as executive small commercial sales representative and managed the Central Texas territory, including the IIAT Advantage Hartford personal lines and small commercial lines programs.
Webb was also a district sales director and central region team lead and managed The Hartford personal lines accounts and a team of sales representatives in seven states.
Before joining The Hartford, Webb was a senior claims adjustor at State Farm for nine years.
