Global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm ,Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., has acquired Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based The Chapman Group Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2003, The Chapman Group is an employee benefit consultant and retail property/casualty broker offering coverage and services to clients throughout Louisiana. Its team is focused on building long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency and delivering customer value.
Bill and Will Chapman, and their associates, will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Robby White, head of Gallagher’s South Central region employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations, and Bumpy Triche, head of Gallagher’s Mid-South region retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
