Eitzen Agency Inc. (EAI) is a family-owned insurance agency based in Fairview, Oklahoma, with a second office in Meade, Kansas. Founded in 1962, EAI provides general personal and commercial coverages. The agency focuses on not-for-profit organizations, especially churches.
Eitzen Agency President Phil Eitzen has worked at the agency, which his dad Wesley founded, for 35 years.
