Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Harlingen, Texas-based Texas Insurance Managers Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With roots tracing back to 1903, Texas Insurance Managers offers commercial and personal property/casualty, life/health, retirement and employee benefit services to clients primarily in South Texas.
Richard May, Josh Klostermann, Ryan Newman and their associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Bret VanderVoort, head of Gallagher’s South Central retail property/casualty brokerage operations.
