Crystal & Co. has named E. Paxton Kelso director of national sales and marketing.

Kelso is located in the Dallas office. His responsibilities include new business development and client relationship management.

Kelso specializes in advising financial firms, corporations and high net worth families on risk management, liability and employee benefits.

Kelso spent the previous 12 years in the private wealth management world prior to joining Crystal & Co. He was the director of insurance Operations for Talis Advisors for the last year-and-a-half, and before that he was a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual.
