Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corp. (LWCC) announced two new promotions: Jody Horton is now the special risk business unit manager, and David Tucker is the agency relations manager.
Horton most recently served as agency relations manager before being chosen to lead the newly created Special Risk Unit. He joined LWCC in 2004 as an associate underwriter and was promoted to underwriter in 2005. Horton was promoted to senior underwriter in 2009 and to agency relations manager in 2012.
Tucker joined LWCC in 2008 as an associate underwriter and was promoted to underwriter in 2010 and agency relations representative in 2012. He is currently pursuing a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
