Personable General Insurance Agency Inc. (Personable) has added Mark Sokola as vice president of its Claims Central unit. He is based in Royse City, Texas.
Sokola joins Personable with extensive experience as a claims manager, but more importantly, with a consistent history of improving customer service and closing claims cases faster, saving in legal fees and company time. He will lead the central claims division on a day-to-day basis and effectively leverage the employees, technological resources and processes available to him in order to bring the central organization to the next level of success.
Personable is a general agency and specialist program underwriting manager established in 2011 and headquartered in San Diego, Calif.
