Carol Tower of the Malakoff Insurance Agency was named the ACSR of the Year. Tower, an ACSR specializing in personal lines, has been licensed for 19 years and has served as the president of the Federation of Insurance Women in Texas.
“Carol knows what it means to work at a small agency. She does all the clerical work from invoicing, to endorsement processing, to taking payments from insureds. Her main objective is to always take care of the client’s needs,” said her agency owner.
