Independent insurance brokerage firm and Assurex Global partner, Roach Howard Smith & Barton (RHSB), has added sales executive Brand Daves to the Commercial Insurance division of its Fort Worth office. Daves joins RHSB as an assistant vice president.

Daves has a professional background in business, namely in the construction industry, including more than eight years of client service experience.

Prior to joining RHSB, he worked as a claims representative for a large insurance agency, where he handled commercial, industrial and residential property claims and was consistently ranked as one of the company’s leading producers of claim settlements.

Brand’s professional history also includes his work as a general contractor with a North Texas-based company, where he coordinated job sites and specialized in industrial hygiene, airflow abatement and mitigation of water damage.
