Allan Hildebrand has been appointed executive vice president of Insential Inc., a national wholesale brokerage agency headquartered in Plano, Texas.

As a member of the senior management team, Hildebrand will be directly involved with brokerage production, and development of Insential staffing, products, and services.

Hildebrand has more than 25 years of industry experience, spending the bulk of his last 20 years with a nationally ranked regional retail firm and, more recently, with a “Top 5” national wholesale brokerage. Hildebrand brings a number of strong admitted and nonadmitted carrier relationships to Insential clients to facilitate placement of casualty, property, marine, and other specialized risks.

Hildebran has served both professional and civic organizations in various capacities through the years, and currently serves on Texas Surplus Lines Association’s legislative committee.
