Medical Solutions! is a limited benefit health plan designed to help employers control the rising cost of employee benefits while protecting the healthcare needs of their workforce.
Medical Solutions! offers benefits found in many major medical plans, inclucding physician office visits, prescription drugs, patient advocacy programs, free on-line physician office visits and discounts on dental and vision care. Outpatient laboratory savings and catastrophic care services are also available.
Medical Solutions! is available to businesses with full-time, part-time, temporary, hourly, contract (1099) and seasonal employees, including those without healthcare coverage. Employers pay no cost for this limited medical plan while employees pay affordable universal rates regardless of employee demographics, industry and geographic location. Medical Solutions! does not require medical underwriting or contain pre-existing conditions limitations.
Medical Solutions! is designed to assist the business community by increasing employee retention and loyalty, resulting in less turnover. The product also helps reduce absenteeism and workers’ compensation claims.
