Insurance and risk management firm (MHBT) announced that Wade T. Nowlin, Jr., a partner in the firm’s Dallas office, recently received the MHBT 2006 Producer of the Year award for the third time. The award recognizes his contributions to the company’s growth and cultural foundation.
“We applaud Wade for this achievement,” said Bill Henry, chairman and CEO of MHBT. “MHBT prides itself on delivering superior service to our clients at every level. Wade’s outstanding work ethic, coupled with his exceptional job performance and dedication to uphold MHBT’s commitment to integrity and leadership, made him the natural choice to receive the 2006 Producer of the Year award.”
For nearly 11 years, the executive management team at MHBT has evaluated the performance of its top-level staff and voted on who should receive the company’s Producer of the Year award. To receive this honor, the recipient must be an employee at the company for at least two years, finish at the top of his or her section’s list for overall revenue and production, generate and retain significant new business for the firm and play an integral role in the firm’s culture, which emphasizes teamwork and a positive attitude.
