USG Insurance Services Inc, a national broker of commercial insurance headquartered in Tampa, Fla., announced that Joanne Dodd has been promoted to brokerage manager for its Arlington, Texas, branch.
Dodd has been an underwriter/broker at USG for two years. With 19 years of underwriting experience, Dodd will now be overseeing the brokerage business in Texas and contingent states.
Prior to her career at USG, she worked as an underwriter for McClelland & Hine Inc, an excess and surplus lines company. Dodd was also an assistant broker for Heath Insurance Brokers and senior underwriter for AdcoGeneral Corporation.
The Texas branch is one of 11 USG offices nationwide.
