Kyle Stevens, executive vice president, announced that Western Security Surplus has increased capacity to write property coverage, including wind and hail, in Harris County, Texas. Now agents and brokers in Harris County will be able to take advantage of the increased capacity.
Stevens said this is a non-admitted “A” rated market with an appetite for property in Texas. Agents and brokers finding it difficult to write in Harris County are welcome to give Western Security Surplus a call. Coverage limits per location are $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. With in-house quoting and binding authority on risks from $1 million – $2.5 million, agents and brokers can expect quick response on completed applications.
Eligible risks include but are not limited to: apartments, churches, condominiums, hotels/motels, lessor’s risks, restaurants/taverns/bars, retail/mercantile, vacant buildings and more.
