Texas Insurance Professionals (PIA Texas) announced it has planned a cruise for its 2006 Convention.
The convention will be held during the Memorial Day weekend, May 25-29, which the association said will allow small agencies to participate with minimum down time. Agencies are encouraged to bring family and staff.
Free CE credit courses will be available during the convention and cruise. Sponsorships are also available.
Convention Committee Chairman Gordy Bunch, CEO of The Woodlands Financial Group, is spearheading the event for 2006.
The four-day Western Caribbean Cruise will be on board the cruise ship Ecstasy/Elation, with departure from Galveston to Cozumel, Mexico. Four CE classes are scheduled during the convention/cruise: Flood, Ethics, Personal Umbrella and Liquor Liability.
