The Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission (AWCC) released its annual revision of , which announces the amounts to be paid to injured workers under the state’s workers’ compensation laws.
The revision advises parties in the workers’ compensation system of the maximum and minimum rates to be paid to employees who suffer job-related injuries and illnesses from Jan.1, 2006, through Dec. 31, 2006.
Amounts paid in previous years are included in the advisory, which is released first to attendees of the annual AWCC Educational Conference.
