U.S.I. Holdings Corp. announced the appointment of C. Jeff Pan as senior vice president – Business Transformation of the company.
Pan, who will be based in Dallas, is responsible for transforming the company’s business processes from a decentralized, distributed model for information technology, accounting and administrative services to a more streamlined efficient model.
In addition, serving as chief information officer, this appointment will reportedly enhance USI’s current focus on the delivery of technology enabled, fully integrated delivery of insurance and financial services.
Pan joined USI in February through the closing of the Summit Global Partners (SGP) acquisition. He joined SGP in 1997 as its executive vice president and chief financial officer, and was elected as its president in 2003.
