Gilsbar will provide medical claims and HIPAA/COBRA administration and MedCom Inc., Gilsbar’s medical management subsidiary, will provide utilization review services for the employees and dependents of The Offshore Group’s health plan.
According to Hank Miltenberger, Gilsbar’s president and CEO, “South Louisiana is an important market for us. We administer Terrebonne General Medical Center’s employee health plan and recently began working with two new clients, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center and Lady of the Sea General Hospital.
