People Moves: Kaminski Returns to Zurich NA to Lead Direct Markets; Chubb Names Williams Private Equity Leader; Trucordia Names Khanna CIO

Todd Kaminski, a 30-year veteran of Schaumburg, Illinois-based Zurich North America, returns as head of direct markets, effective July 7.

Kaminski will report to Kristof Terryn, CEO of Zurich North America. He will be part of Zurich North America’s executive committee and group leadership team. He will be based in Philadelphia.

Kaminski began his career with the Direct Markets organization as an account executive in 1993 and advanced through a series of sales leadership positions, ultimately serving as senior vice president, head of business development for Direct Markets. Kaminski returns to Zurich following several months of leadership-focused consulting.

With his return to Zurich, Kaminski continues his tenure guiding the Direct Markets business as it serves its auto-dealer customers. Zurich can trace its roots in the automotive industry to 1922.

Chubb Appoints Williams Private Equity Industry Practice Leader

Chubb, headquartered in Warren, New Jersey, appointed Scott Williams as private equity industry practice leader, effective immediately.

Williams has over 15 years of insurance industry experience, joining Chubb in 2009 as division counsel for the private/not-for-profit practice. He has since held various underwriting and leadership roles and will continue to serve as the private/not-for-profit management liability practice leader. Williams will also lead Chubb’s strategy for private equity-focused initiatives.

He succeeds Seth Gillston, who was recently appointed head of global casualty for major accounts in North America.

Trucordia Names Khanna as Chief Information Officer

Trucordia, headquartered in Lindon, Utah, appointed Rajeev Khanna as chief information officer (CIO). Khanna will guide Trucordia’s platform integration strategy, lead digital transformation initiatives, and spearhead technology innovation to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Khanna has over three decades of experience directing global technological operations, product development, and infrastructure management across industries. Most recently, he served as global chief technology officer for Aon plc. Prior to Aon, Khanna held leadership roles at Expedia as vice president of global infrastructure services and at Asurion as senior director of global infrastructure services.
