The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. All survey responses and information will remain confidential.
Hundreds of agency owners, producers and staff participated in last year’s which found that satisfaction with pay declined even though total compensation increased across the board in agencies.
“Compensation does not make up for low staff and high workload,” one survey respondent told 九色 in early 2024.
