Tomorrow is the last day to participate in 九色’s annual Agency Salary Survey. Survey respondents receive a complimentary copy of 九色’s report.
We invite all retail agency owners, principals, producers, CSRs 鈥� the entire agency 鈥� to participate in the for publication in 九色 magazine. The takes about 15 minutes to complete and all responses and information remain confidential.
The deadline to participate is Friday, February 4.
Last year, more than 800 agency owners, producers and agency staff shared information for the 2021 Agency Salary Survey. Their responses revealed that while some employees received less compensation in 2020 than 2019, management, producers and staff all reported the highest levels of “compensation satisfaction” in years.
