- In the government coverage category, Don Jergler, West editor, earned an award for ongoing government coverage. Among Jergler’s winning entries: Credit Scoring Battle Brewing Between Washington Commissioner and Insurer Groups; California Pledges to Protect Homeowners from Insurer Withdrawals Due to Wildfires and New Mexico Explains Role in Enabling Applied Underwriters Sale.
- In the impact/investigative category, Amy O’Connor, Southeast editor, won for her reporting in Florida Supreme Court Suspends Attorney Behind Thousands of Insurer Lawsuits.
- In the category of original research, ¾ÅÉ«’s exclusive report, How P/C Insurance Pros Are Faring Working From Home During Pandemic, was also a bronze winner. The winning research team included Pamela Simpson, senior strategist, Research & Trends, and Andrew Simpson, chef content officer.
- On the editorial webinar field, the winner was How the Insurance Industry Can Be an Active Ally to the Black Community, produced by Amy O’Connor, Southeast editor and Bobbie Dodge, vice president of New Media.
- Another winner was the Insuring Cyber podcast episode, by Elizabeth Blosfield, East editor and creator and host of Insuring Cyber Podcast, and Bobbie Dodge, vice president of New Media.
