Dr. Leroy David Nunery II has joined the as a senior advisor for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and will help the organization advance its work toward a more diverse insurance industry.
A longtime leader in diversity and inclusion efforts, Dr. Nunery is founder and principal of the strategic advisory and consulting company, Pl奴sUltr茅 LLC. In 2018, he authored , a study commissioned by Marsh and sponsored by the National African American Insurance Association that provides insights from African Americans into the lack of opportunity faced in insurance.
He contributed to the organization’s data collection project about released in February.
Dr. Nunery also recently published, “ along with Susan Johnson, Diversity & Inclusion officer at The Hartford.
MWM WII is a consortium of insurance organizations committed to recruiting, mentoring and sponsoring women to drive equality in career advancement and leadership throughout the insurance industry.
