Nelson Kefauver has joined OneBeacon Insurance Group as president of its Management Liability business unit, reporting to Executive Vice President Paul Brehm. In his new role, Kefauver will lead a specialty underwriting team targeting not鈥恌or鈥恜rofit organizations and private for鈥恜rofit companies throughout the U.S.
Kefauver has 20 years of specialty lines experience focused on professional liability, most of those years serving as chief underwriting officer of the executive liability practice for Great American Insurance Group.
Kefauver will be based in OneBeacon’s Chicago office.
Prior to working at Great American, he was an intelligence specialist for the U.S. Army.
OneBeacon Insurance Group is a subsidiary of Intact Financial Corp.
