MarshBerry announced the hiring of Curt Vondrasek as vice president of Recruiting. Vondrasek’s responsibilities include growing and managing MarshBerry’s Producer Recruiting Services.

Prior to joining MarshBerry, he worked for insurance broker Hub International as the chief business development officer,responsible for outbound lead generation, new revenue growth, recruiting and training.

Prior to Hub International, Vondrasek led U..S sales teams at both Allstate and AIG American General.

MarshBerry is an insurance agency and carrier consultant in the areas of mergers and acquisition, financial management, organic growth, information services and peer exchange networks.
