Confie Seguros, a national provider of personal lines insurance based in Huntington Beach, California, announced that it has acquired three East Coast insurance brokerages.
Confie Seguros acquired the assets of Your Insurance Spot Inc. based in Kissimmee, Florida, which was founded in 2007 and specializes in non-standard auto insurance; Wise Insurance Agency Inc. of Columbia, South Carolina, founded in 1999 and specializing in personal lines insurance; and Bronkie Agency Inc. of Williamsville, New York, near Buffalo. Founded in 1961, Bronkie specializes in personal lines and small commercial insurance.
Confie Seguros said it now has 52 locations in New York, 31 in Florida, and 13 in South Carolina.
Established in 2008, Confie Seguros has acquired and integrated over 80 businesses since its inception. It’s a portfolio company of Boston-based ABRY Partners and a national insurance distribution company primarily focused on the insurance needs of Hispanic consumers. It currently has annual revenue of over $350 million and over 650 retail locations.
