Corpedia and Corporate Board Member, NYSE Euronext (NYX) companies, and Marsh have entered into a strategic alliance to provide directors and officers with enhanced governance, risk and compliance resources.
The alliance combines Corpedia, Corporate Board Member and Marsh’s resources in governance, risk, compliance education, advisory services, and D&O support. Together, they will provide directors and officers with advisory services and resources they need to make decisions on compliance-related trends and issues.
In the first of what will be several new joint offerings, the organizations have launched the Board Compliance Oversight and Governance Diagnostic. The diagnostic assists companies in benchmarking their current board programs to those of their peers and provides insight into ways they can improve governance processes and mitigate risk.
Corpedia, an NYSE Euronext Company, offers a variety of compliance and ethics products. Corpedia’s product lines identify and quantify risks and provide tools for mitigating and preventing compliance breakdowns.
