NAS Insurance Services has introduced a comprehensive professional liability insurance program for accountable care organizations (ACOs). The new program combines core E&O and D&O coverage with custom-tailored components to address regulatory exposures as well as cyber liability for these new healthcare delivery organizations.
The NAS program for ACOs has been designed to provide coverage for a range of exposures. In addition to E&O and D&O coverage, the policy offers MEDEFENSE Plus for billing errors and regulatory claims and e-MD, cyber liability designed for the healthcare industry.
NAS is a product-oriented, independent underwriting manager of specialty insurance with full binding authority to underwrite on behalf of Lloyd’s, London and other carriers. It is based in Encino, Calif.
