Starr Underwriting Agents Limited and Starr Specialty Lines Insurance Agency, LLC (“Starr Specialty”), both subsidiaries of C. V. Starr & Co., Inc., have recently expanded their geographic reach with the opening of a Political Risks underwriting unit in C.V. Starr’s New York City headquarters. This expansion compliments the existing London operation.
Keith Dunford, Underwriting Manager, will lead this New York based unit in the marketing of all Political Risk Products, including Confiscation and Contract Frustration. In addition, Dunford and his team will be underwriting structured trade credit risks under this platform.
