NAS Insurance Services, Inc. has enhanced its miscellaneous and technology errors and omissions (E&O) insurance by adding general liability coverage with a $1,000,000 limit for each occurrence and a $2,000,000 general aggregate limit.
General liability can be added for as little as $500 to an existing professional liability coverage, with no deductible. This program covers claims including bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and advertising injury (damage from slander or false advertising). This coverage also includes general damages and medical expenses.
