Professional Program Insurance Brokerage of Novato, Calif., has a new
program for Graphic Designers.
This professional liability coverage is offered through an “A” rated carrier. Four levels of liability coverage are available and they include $100,000; $250,000, $500,000 or $1 million, with aggregates up to $3 million. The rates are based on gross receipts. Policy form is claims made. General liability can be added.
The services that are covered include Logo Design for new companies and/or brands, Logo redesign, Corporate Identity 芒€” branding or rebranding, Stationery Design, Flyer Design, Brochure Design, Catalog Design, Annual Report Design, Point of Sale Design, Signage Design, Web Site Graphics Design
The policy protects against claims including defense costs, alleging
errors, omissions or negligent acts arising out of graphic design.
This program is available in all states excluding Alaska, Hawaii,
Louisiana, and West Virginia. Broker commission is payable at 10%.
Increased commissions are available for managing general agents and
wholesalers.
