Houston, Texas-based London American Risk Specialists Inc. is offering a new market for hazardous waste transporters/haulers for hire or transporting own product between commercial locations (no residential delivery).
Typical loads include chemicals, petroleum products, hazardous waste solvents, contaminated soil or products; hazardous materials identified for transportation under 49 CFR 177
Policy limits are available up to $5 million for bodily injury and property damage liability. Minimum of 10 powers units and minimum 50 percent hazardous waste or hazardous material transportation. The market is available through an admitted, “A+” rated carrier, which London American Risk cannot disclose. Deductibles vary. Coverage available in all states except Massachusetts.
Pollution coverage automatically included (CA9948 or equivalent plus MCS-90). State and federal filings as needed. Emergency claims response available. Loss control and value added services available. General liability and pollution liability coverages are available in conjunction with this coverage.
