Encino, Calif.-based NAS Insurance Services is providing automatic defense coverage for its employment practices liability insurance (EPLI)-insureds for wage and hour claims. The new coverage provides defense protection for 25 percent of the per claim limit. Coverage is available to all NAS EPLI insureds nationwide.
